In 1996, the Minarick and Breeding families joined to bring a superior dining experience to Castle Rock. They could not resist naming a great steak house after a Grand Champion bull owned by the Breeding family: Duke. Duke’s Steakhouse was born. Everyone from faithful carnivores to vegetarians was excited about Duke’s uncompromising quality at reasonable prices.
