2 oz grapefruit zest-infused El Distilador blanco tequila, 1½ oz clarified grapefruit juice, 1 oz house lime acid, ⅔ oz Small Hand Foods pineapple gum syrup, ½ oz 1:1 simple syrup, 1 ml 10% salt solution, 2½ oz seltzer... Mix everything together, carbonate and seal in a can..1.3 alcohol units
