Skinny Chicken Parm Recipe

This recipe is for skinny chicken parm. It tastes great and is quick and easy to make. A nice healthy dinner for any night of the week.

Skinny Chicken Parm - Ingredients

  • 6 thin sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Reduced fat Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Skinny Chicken Parm - Instructons

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix 1/2 cup bread crumbs with 3 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in mixture until coated on each side
  4. Place chicken on baking stone or cooking sheet (if using a regular cooking sheet spray with cooking spray)
  5. Bake for 15 minutes then flip chicken and bake for 15 more minutes
  6. Remove from oven and spread 2-3 tbsp of sauce on each chicken breast
  7. Top with desired amount of mozzarella cheese and return to oven for about 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted
  8. Remove from oven sprinkle with grated Parmesan and enjoy!
  9. Serve with pasta, bread or veggies
